Mom Of Black And White Twins Often Gets Asked Which One Of The Boys Is Hers

This 31-year-old Nigerian woman had no idea what she was about to go through when she gave birth in February of that year. She can now distinguish her sons’ identical twins with ease. Even though Daniel and David were born only a few minutes apart, they don’t resemble one another at all.

Albinos, both of Stacy and Babajide’s children are black and live in Lagos. The cute twins always draw notice because of their distinctive looks wherever they go. With dark complexion and black curly hair, Daniel resembles his 5-year-old big sister Demilade, whereas David is unusually fair-skinned with tan skin and golden hair. Stacy decided to use Instagram to share the twins’ quirky behaviors, and in only one year, they had nearly 18,000 followers.

The twins’ birth on February 26 of last year completely caught everyone off guard.
It was a tremendous surprise and the most fantastic moment when the first twin (Daniel) came out with black hair and the second twin (David) came out with gold hair because we were unaware of their differences when I was pregnant and the scan did not reflect such. The doctors told me that since I had them through CS, “It seems you are having totally unidentical twins.” Stacy, a mother of three children, told Bored Panda, “Nurses started coming out to look at them before I realized it.

It was impossible to differentiate between the twins since one was black and the other was white.

Stacy shared with us her husband’s heartfelt response to this turn of events.

Their father was so overjoyed that he instantly gave My Twin 2 (David) the nickname “Golden,” and now he calls him Mr. Golden. He was pleased to meet his boys. He remained there for more than ten minutes, gazing at them, and claimed that he was simply admiring God’s beautiful creation and that they were the best gift ever.
Since one twin was black and the other white, it was impossible to tell them apart. When this unexpected turn of events occurred, Stacy’s husband expressed his emotions in a moving way, and she agreed: “Their dad was extremely thrilled and instantly christened My Twin 2 (David) ‘Golden,’ affectionately calling him Mr. Golden. He was beaming with happiness as he watched his sons. He declared that he was simply in awe of God’s amazing creation and that they are his most priceless gift ever as he stood there for more than ten minutes, staring at them.
Nigeria is one of the nations with the greatest prevalence of albinism in the world with over two million confirmed or suspected cases. However, the statistics show that there is still a lot of prejudice against this community because of the color of its members’ skin. Over 600,000 albino Nigerians experience discrimination and harassment from their peers, family, and communities, which frequently results in difficulties on the job and academic failure.
Stacy did claim that her two sons are both unconditionally and equally adored and that no one has ever said anything unpleasant about them to her.

Every time we go out, there are always side conversations. People want to know how and what’s going on, and perhaps because they are so charming and adorable, you simply want to approach them and say hello.

The twins’ exceptional looks have led to modeling offers for their family from agencies in the UK. To share their happiness and bring attention to pressing concerns, the family started an Instagram account. They seize any chance that comes their way with enthusiasm. Stacy and I decided to make an account for them to spread awareness since we think they have a fascinating story to tell.

They are more than a year old, walking, and have two incredibly unique personalities, according to Stacy.David is an observer, but Daniel is more outspoken. They both have a strong curiosity. They both have a lot of energy. Daniel enjoys eating, however David is a finicky eater. Daniel is also quite fun, whereas David picks his moments.
