Technology has prevented a lot of people from getting away with their untruthfulness. Like this Detroit man who flirted around despite having a wife and kids of his own.
Mica Renee, a model based in the US, was trying to get some cute pictures at the sea while having a vacation in Miami. It was there when a guy “walked right into the ocean to introduce himself” and then gave her his number.
Mica’s friend who was taking pictures of her thought it was a cute situation and decided to film it.
While he left her his number, Mica, who was a bit drunk then, forgot to save his number and turned to TikTok to seek help. She wrote, “TikTok I come to you today cause I heard what you do for others. I think he said he’s from Detroit.”
“I’m counting on yaw! Hopefully, he ain’t married!”
Well, well. Turns out her half-joking remark was the truth. In a subsequent update, a day after the viral TikTok hit 2.8 million views, Mica received a text from a woman. Apparently, the man was actually married.
She narrated, “I was in Miami looking all good in the ocean and my friend was taking photos of me when he came up to me and introduced himself. My friend thought he was bold so she kept recording.”
“After we got out the ocean he did give me his number but I was lit and I thought I saved it but I didn’t. So the update is, that he is indeed married and I won’t be reaching out to him.”
She shared a screenshot of their exchange as a receipt and kept the video up.
Mica respectfully apologized to the woman and admitted she “had no clue.” The other party understood and told her that it wasn’t her fault. She told her, “Thank you for posting this. Everything done in the dark will always come to the light.”
She asked her to keep the video up as proof of his infidelity when she confronts him.
The audacity of the man angered viewers.
