The English actress from Paddington, London, is primarily known for her portrayal of Alexis Carrington Colby in the soap opera Dynasty.
Joan became an international star as a result of Dynasty, and the show peaked at the top of the US ratings rankings in 1984. At the time, she was earning fifteen thousand dollars per episode. Approximately 21 million households watched her every week, waiting to see what her selfish and vicious demeanor would bring.
She made her television debut as the first strong woman. And I got a lot of criticism for that. She is such a vindictive, ballbreaker, and vixen! In 2019, Joan told CBS, “You know, I was just defending myself as a self-sufficient woman.”

The renowned actress reportedly used the holiday season to share a photo of herself virtually killing her 57-year-old husband, Percy Gibson.

But this Christmas, Joan Collins found she was breaking the tradition. She said, “Had a terrific #Christmasday,” to her nearly 300,000 followers on December 26.

Fans quickly reacted favorably to Collins’ chic leopard-patterned swimwear. Despite the fact that she would soon turn 90, the actress looked stunningly lovely.
Another photo showed her beside her spouse, Percy, with whom she has been married since 2002.
In all, Collins has been married five times. She first wed singer-songwriter Anthony Newley, and she has been married to actor Maxwell Reed for four years. In Newley, she wed businessman Ronald S. Kass, who was followed by Swedish pop sensation Peter Holm.
“Because I married too frequently, I regret getting married a few times. I was foolish. I don’t regret becoming married to Tony [Newley] because I have two amazing kids, Tara and Alexander, and I had a lovely daughter, Katy, when I married Ron [Kass]. Last year, Joan declared, “I truly regret marrying the Swede [Peter Holm].”
Collins believes she has found the strongest bond with Percy. She revealed their relationship during the pandemic.
“Lockdown has made me realize how strong our relationship is,” she remarked. “Due to the limits, it’s just Percy and me now. I used to love traveling, entertaining at the villa, and connecting with others. The fact that we are partners and accomplices in crime is the best part.
Whatever others may say, Joan Collins is a legend, an icon, and incredibly beautiful for her age!
